Performs specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices.
Operates various equipment in performing functions such as material preparation, process set-up, solder printing, component attach, wirebond, Encapsulation, Dicing, Electrical test operation, documentation completion, data entry, process monitors and inspections.
Perform and support device assembly and test operations as assigned
Shifting required and shift assignment may change from time to time depending on demand
Execute tasks and assignments timely and effectively as trained
Perform in process inspections, SPC data entry and MES transactions
Attention to details and good organizational skills
Can work day, afternoon or night shifts as required
Time flexible and ability to multi-task
Good ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to work with minimal supervision and good team player
Computer literate with basic computer skills for data entry, communication and reporting
Experience in machine operations (preferred but not required)
**This is a contract to permanent role**
