Job Description

 Organize and plan the work of the warehouse workers;

Assist the Warehouse Manager to lead a team of warehouse workers;

Document progressive discipline and coaching

Manage their daily schedule with the Warehouse Manager;

Communicate any problem with manager (operational or disciplinary);

Complete traceability documents;

Unpack and store products in various storage areas in accordance with of FIFO rules;

Perform material outputs in accordance with good hygiene and manufacturing practices;

Daily inventory control (quantity, breakage, DLC, visual product, protection product ...) ;

Supervise and monitor inventories;

Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks;

Monitor deadlines for food consumption;

Conduct inventories of stocks every weekend;

Oversee updates of orders, receipt of goods and inputs warehouse data into the system;

Manage waste;

Enforce the rules of hygiene and safety regulations;

 

Responsibilities

Must be able to working rotating and weekend shifts

Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders 

Verifies accuracy of orders and quality 

Pull orders according to sequencing of delivery route/ run list 

Stacks orders securely on skids according to sequence of delivery route 

Applies shipping labels to clearly mark cartons or totes with truck route and stop number 

Ensure that product is packed without damage. 

Load products on pallets checking totes/ cases/ cartons for quality, wrap and stage pallets 

Maintains a clean, orderly work area 

Performs all tasks in compliance with Core-Mark safety policy and OHSA requirements 

Perform other duties as required 



Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or 3-5yr related experience with training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Working in safe environment

Ability to multitask

Computer and technical skills 

Forklift license is preferred 

Will be required to operate powered pallet mover and Raymond Reach is an asset 

Pallet Jack (Walkie), Stand up Reach Truck
