Like being uncomfortable with "change" to grow want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment Responsibilities: Answering telephones and redirecting calls Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit Vehicle licensing and administration Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments Participate in administrative tasks, as required Qualifications: Demonstrated excellent telephone personality and ability to accurately accurately record messages and important information Excellent oral and written communication skills Organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals Two (2) years of reception and/or customer service experience, or equivalent Dealership experience preferred One-Eighty or customer relationship management system experience preferred Must be available work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Licensing experience required If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
