International Landscaping Inc. is a FAMILY RUN company currently in its 31st year of business!

We are growing and actively looking for a Junior IT Technician to work 20-25 hours per week.

The Junior IT Technician is responsible for Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes of personal computers, laptops, printers, user accounts and phones. They will be in charge of resolving desktop and phone related issues, some infrastructure issues, documentation and monitoring.


Install, Move, Add, Change of users, personal computers, laptops, printers, user accounts, and mobile phones

create and monitor forms and questionnaires

Provide end user support to resolve PCs, printers, mobile devices, phones and desktop software issues

Deploy PCs and mobile phones

Maintain the IT assets inventory

Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues

Analyze end user requirements and make recommendations

Support roll-outs of new applications and elements of the infrastructure

Monitor systems

Perform related duties consistent with the scope of intent of the position

Other assignments as requested


Associate’s degree in Computer Technology or related field

G Suite management

2-3 years of work experience in a related field

The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional service is required

Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills required

A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality

Proficiency with administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office & Windows Active Directory
