Specific Prohibited Uses

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and you attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario in the event of any dispute.  You agree to notify the Region of any dispute within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.  In the event that any of the terms and conditions contained herein shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use may be made except by revised posting to this page.
