Position: Tax Preparer (Part-time) Start Date: February 1st, 2024 Key

Responsibilities: Prepare tax returns for individuals in line with Canadian tax laws. Professionally communicate with clients for information collection and sound advice. Assemble, review, and scan tax returns. Ensure utmost client confidentiality.

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in tax preparation. Proficiency in Cantax Tax software. Completed coursework in tax preparation and accounting. In-depth understanding of Canadian tax laws. Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities. Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a team setting. Familiarity with CRA's policies and procedures.

Location: Burlington, ON: Reliable commute or intention to relocate before commencement (mandatory).

Education: Secondary School (mandatory).

Experience: Tax preparation: 2 years (mandatory). Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily day shifts from Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekends as needed.

Remuneration: Salary ranging from $20.00-$30.00/hour.

Growth Opportunity: Though starting as a part-time role, there's a potential for this position to expand into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Work Environment: All tasks are to be executed in person.
